Building a six pack is all about lower your body fat – enough to show your abdomen muscles. While it sounds easy on paper – it’s not.
Getting washboard abs is every man – and woman’s dream – but only a small fraction of the guys who hit the gym ever achieve it. Think how many guys you know with a real six pack? Think of how many people you know who go to the gym. Exactly, few ever get one.
I should know – I’ve been trying to get one for years. I’ve tried everything possible – dieting, supplements, workout routines, cardio exercise. I’ve wasted thousands trying to find a solution.
I had some friends who were pretty jacked. I mean muscles popping out of their shirts, washboard abs, the full package. When we would go out to clubs, I’d feel intimidated beside these guys. I’d watch them get all the attention, watch them get all the girls. I got nothing.

- Way too much stuff included. I’m a big fan of getting a lot with a program, but there was too much for me to sort though. I was actually a bit confused where to start.
- Not instant– It was only around the third week that I saw a noticeable difference. If you are looking for an overnight solution for how to get ripped abs, this is not for you.

To conclude my story, the program helped me get my six pack. After years of trying everything under the sun, I’ve finally achieved my dream. And the attention I’m getting from women is like night and day. I’ve always been a bit skinny, but this program has shown me a real way of putting on muscle and getting that ripped six pack.
